What information do we collect about you and how do we use it?
Types of Information We Collect
Personal information means information that can be used to identify and contact you. You do not need to submit personal information to access certain areas of the Site, but if you do not want to disclose certain personal information to us, you will not be able to access certain aspects of the Crunchy Sock Features.
We collect personal information when you create an account through the Crunchy Sock Features, log into an account or associate an account for the Crunchy Sock Features through your other social network accounts, such as your Facebook account or Twitter account; play games in association with the Crunchy Sock Features; use the text chat features enabled with certain Crunchy Sock Features, or receive customer or technical support.
For certain Crunchy Sock Features, we may request your email address or Facebook account name to create a Crunchy Sock Features account. Your Crunchy Sock Features account allows you to access various aspects of Crunchy Sock Features, including leaderboards, promotions and other Crunchy Sock Features mobile game related content.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information
The personal information you provide to us will allow us to send you information about new products or services, features, or enhancements, fulfill your product or service order; provide regular news letters; and handle your customer service questions or issues. We also use your email address as part of the Crunchy Sock Features in sending you legal notifications about the Crunchy Sock Features, such as updates to policies and procedures.
Mobile Permissions and Identifiers
Your mobile device manufacturer provides certain settings that allow us to provide information to make your experience with the Crunchy Sock Features more convenient. For example, when you return to a video game on your mobile device after logging in, these settings provide information that will recognize who you are on subsequent visits, speeding up your experience of the Crunchy Sock Features. Your mobile device also has an anonymous unique identifier (called a “UDID”) which we collect and use for the purposes of gathering anonymous data regarding how you play our games. We use this data to make our games more entertaining and engaging.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or allow them to create an account for the Crunchy Sock Features. We take children’s privacy seriously, and encourage parents to play an active role in their children’s online experience at all times.

Please note that when you ask us to delete your information, we may retain your account information for a reasonable period of time afterward for the purpose of internal account management and fraud prevention activities.

The personal information that you provide to us is stored on servers, which are located in secured facilities and protected by protocols and procedures designed to ensure the security of such information.
