The Services may contain advertisements served by third parties. These advertisements use Tracking Technologies to collect information about you, for example, demographics, location and device information, in order to serve you appropriate advertisements and to recognize your device each time a third party serves you an advertisement. Based on this information, third parties may be able to resolve your identity across multiple devices, for example, matching your IP address across multiple devices, in order to target advertisements to you based on your online behavior. This information is collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the terms of the applicable third party privacy policy, as described in section 4 above.
You may be able to opt-out of mobile behavioral advertising by accessing the settings on your Apple or Android device and selecting the appropriate advertisement tracking settings.
Your username and profile picture on the Services are visible to other users of the Services. We recommend you exercise discretion when selecting your username and profile picture and when using the Services. Personal information disclosed by you within our chat areas, instant message service, message boards or during use of the Services can be collected by other users and may result in unsolicited messages. If processing of personal information is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by CrunchySock Games or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal information, in particular where the data subject is a child, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO serves as the legal basis for processing.
The personal information will be deleted or access will be restricted as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. The data will also be deleted or access will be restricted if a storage period expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the personal information for the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract.
The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data identified in Section above in log files is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The purpose of data processing the temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be accessed by the user’s computer. For this reason, the IP address of the user must remain stored for the duration of the session. The data is stored in log files to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data serves us to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. These are our legitimate interest in data processing pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. If the data is stored in log files, this is the case after seven days at the latest. Further storage is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or alienated, so that the personal information is anonymized. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you shall have the right to have incomplete personal information completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
You shall have the right to obtain from CrunchySock Games the erasure of personal information concerning without undue delay and CrunchySock Games shall have the obligation to erase personal information without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:

CrunchySock Games shall communicate any rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing carried to each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. CrunchySock Games will inform you about those recipients if you request it.

CrunchySock Games complies with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and all other applicable laws and regulations concerning children and the Internet. If you are under the age of 13, you may not create an account on or use the Services. CrunchySock Games will not knowingly collect, maintain, or disclose any personal information from children under the age of 13.
If you are between the age of 13 and 18, please have your parent or guardian read the Privacy Policy and get his or her permission before you provide any personal information and before you sign up for or use the Services.
